Woodford Clinical Psychology provides evidence-based interventions for a wide variety of mental health conditions and difficulties, including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, personality disorders and more. We work with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties across the age range, and also offer comprehensive support to the carers and families of people with mental health difficulties.

 

We understand that mental health is unique to each individual and that we can all develop psychological difficulties at various points in our lives. We are here to provide support, and to ensure you receive a high standard of targeted, research-based and personalised therapeutic options to work through your difficulties and to live a fuller and more meaningful life.

We draw upon our experience in the assessment, diagnosis, formulation and treatment of a range of personal, emotional, and behavioural issues. Dr Eleanor Woodford is a fully registered Clinical Psychologist and a board approved supervisor for psychologists-in-training.
